What Could The Painless Vaginal Fleshy Growth Be?
Hi there I noticed a little while ago that I have a thick fleshy piece of skin just inside my vagina which hangs down its kind of at the back near my anus it doesn t hurt but I was really shocked when I found it? My partner of four years hasn t noticed anything different while having sex either? Do you know what it could be?

The possibilities are small vaginal polyp or genital wart.
Molluscum can also present like this.
Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
