What Could The Pop I Heard From Throat While Tried To Scream?

Hello, I was yelling and then attempted to scream and heard a pop in my throat. I don t have any pain other than a slight soreness from yelling and a sinus drip. I don t know if maybe the pop was air caught in my throat the same time I was trying to scream or something else? ...my vocals are a little scratchy but otherwise fine... What could the pop I heard be?
