What Could The Red Lump That Comes With Stool Each Time Be?

When I poop a white red lump shows up for like 2 years now I have to sit on a couch corner after every single time I poop to pop the lump back up into my butt so the pain goes away cuz if I don t after I poop the bump just sits there on the outside of the Anus ,feels super uncomfortable for me and I can t even walk a feeling like there is a nub or bead on my asshole .. Every time I poop I perform this routine of putting my ass on the corner of the couch and popping the red white bump back into my ass until the next time I poop and it pops back out again :( wish I could poop without there being a red white botton there on my anus after every time I poop

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of red white bump coming out at every time you poop which has to be reduced back to the anus. Going on for two years.
The commonest causes are:
Rectal polyp as per the description you have provided.
Less likely to be piles or hemorrhoids as they would have been soft and would have complications by this time.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, actual per-rectal examination, proctoscopy to start with and get an appointment for colonoscopy.
This will confirm the diagnosis. Get the blood, stool and urine tested to get a fitness for surgery. And go for the surgery asap.
