What Could The Tiny Black Specks In Vomit Indicate?

My 5 month old who has reflux has vomited up tiny black specks with her normal vomit. They are round and can be squished very easily. She is currently on Zoton for reflux, 15mg once a day. She is her usual happy self, eating well, sleeping and has no temperature. Any ideas? Thanks very much.
