What Could The Tiny, Itchy Bumps Inside The Clitoris Be?

hi there, on the inside of my right clitoris hood there are small bumps and itchyness comes and goes. ive been trying to clean it alot with unscented soap. and have been using canesten anti itch cream on it at night and in the morning. dont know if its serious enough to go to the doctor

Hi,

The itchy bumps on the clitoris are likely to be a trichomonal infection.

Apart from cleaning the part (without much of friction), application of Fluconazole ointment (over the counter) would help. Sometimes oral medication is needed in both sex partners for a complete cure under the guidance of a gynecologist.
