Hi thanks for contacting health care magic.

You have periodic headache with throbbing nature pain....
You had bleed also after pain stopped...
So I would like to advise you to refer to nearby ER for investigation....

First your blood pressure has to be checked ...
Hypertension induce intracranial hemorrhage could be there....
CT scan needed for detecting any organic cause if present .....
Rest taken and symptomatic management done.
If fever and neck rigidity associated meningitis should be ruled out.

So consult er immediately without delay.
If no specific organic cause found then no need for worry.
Meanwhile for pain analgesic can be taken

Take care
