What Could Tightness In Throat, Tongue And Abdomen (on Right Side) Indicate?

Hi. I am a 50 year old female. For the last six years I have had a tightness in my throat (mainly on right) in so much that it feels like I am choking. I have progressively started more back and neck pain on mainily right side. I also feel pain toward the back of my tongue and it almost feels like it is reaching down inside my right abdomen. I have not been without pain at any time for years.Excercise or exertion does not make it worse or better. I have had a triple dis creplacement and fushion hoping to help. It didnt. Seems worse. I have a great family and work and no psychological problems. However daily pain is wearing on me! Ive had many tests and specialists, but no one really can tell me what is wrong. Any insight you have would be wonderful. Thank you.

Your throat symptom can be investigated with endoscopy to rule any pathology.Once it is ruled out you have to get rid of your anxiety as this itself can cause many atypical symptoms.Other causes are reflux disease and globus pharyngeus(idiopathic sensation of foreign body sensation in throat).
