What Could Tingling, Tickly Sensation In Left Ear And Loss Of Balance With No Help From Otex Drops Suggest?

what is tingling, tickly sensation in left ear. trying otex drops but dont seem to work. its an odd sensation difficult to describe. brief sensation of loss of balance lying and standing but this hasnt happened for a few days but tingly tickly sometimes itchy sensation continues. YYYY@YYYY

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tingling, tickly sensation in left ear and loss of balance . The symptoms you mention in query are clearly indication nerve disorder . The most probable cause of your symptoms is trigeminal disorder . There can be other reasons also like ear infection , meniere's disease or allergic reaction . Sometimes such symptoms can also occur due to lack of blood supply to concern part . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan along with examination with otoscope . Doctor may order antibiotics like gentamycin along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for nerve problem .
