What Could Tiny White Bump On Upper Waterline Of Eyelid Indicate?
I have a tiny white bump (almost looks like an air bubble) on the upper waterline (inside) of my eyelid. It is recurring and I get it often, I have no redness so Im thinking it is not a stye. I have very long lashes and wonder whether this could be the cause?
Hello It seems from the history that you are having a recurrent white bump on the margin of the eyelid. Since it is not painful and having symptoms of inflammation like redness, tenderness.. this can be cyst of the meibomian gland because of obstrcution of the opening of the glands which commonly occurs in meibominitis. The treatment of the condition is by use of lid scrubs and antibiotic eye ointment. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
