What Could Traces Of Blood In Urine Suggest?

Hi, I was on a long road trip tonight. I had to pee really bad so I tried to pee in a bottle. I put my thumb on the tip of the penis head and urinated a little. I pushed some urine out and I think I squeezed the head too much with my thumb pushing down sense it hurt a little. Later tonight at my apartment I urinated and noticed a little drop of blood dripped out at the end. Do you think this is a major concern?

Hello,

You might have induced injury to penis tip accidentally. So local examination of genital should be done to rule out balanitis. It's also advisable to investigate with urine routine microscopic examination as well to exclude urinary tract infection. According to cause specific treatment given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
