What Could Twitching In Cheek With Migraine Suggest?

Hi i have been haing unusual pains. back aches lower eye lid twitching lower cheek tends to twitch a bit, tingly feelings in hands randomly and somtimes i lose function in my hands for a few seconds. i usually have migranes but im getting them more then usual.. also been getting alot of cramp feelings.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to migraine.

Nevertheless, I would recommend performing further tests to investigate for other possible causes of this clinical scenario (like inflammation, epilepsy seizures, electrolyte imbalance, etc.).

I recommend consulting with your neurologist for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- blood lab tests (complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, fasting glucose, blood electrolytes, PCR, sedimentation rate)
- an EEG
- sinus X ray study for possible sinus infection
- a brain CT scan or MRI may be needed in case of abnormal neurological exam or abnormal tests.
