What Could Twitching Of Clitoris During Masturbation Suggest?

My clitoris seems fine, but during masturbation clitoral insensitivity may occur. I seem to not be able to continue masturbation because my clitoris feels sensitive like I can t touch it or it will hurt. Also I twitch at the break of an orgasm. What is happening to me?
