What Could Urge To Throw Up, Frequent Urge To Urinate, Constipation, Dizziness And Heavy Breasts With HPT Negative Mean?

Hi..my name is Sarah. I'm feeling really sick. Every time I burp I get the urge to throw up. I'm constantly feeling to wee, sometimes I feel really constipated as well and I've either got a headache or feel dizzy. I thought I was pregnant, I had a period of the 4th of december and had sex on the 18th but I've had a period since even though it was a week early. I did a test on the 1st and it came out negative. I really don't know what's wrong with me. I had severe breast pain during the middle of december but I put that down to my period just being early now my breast just feel heavy. I really don't know what's wrong with me

Hi,

Though symptoms like nausea, weakness, constipation, dizziness, heaviness in breasts etc symptoms are suggestive of pregnancy but these are not confirmatory. According to your history:
- You had intercourse around 14th day of menstrual cycle, possibly around the time of ovulation in case of regular 28 to 30 days menstrual cycles
- But as you got periods after that and your pregnancy test gave negative result, the possibility of pregnancy is less.

Rare possibilities to be considered are:
- Sometimes implantation bleeding or bleeding for decidua surrounding the implantation site during expected period of menstruation can be mistaken for menstrual period.
- Sometimes urine pregnancy test kit can give false negatives.

So, please go for blood test for pregnancy once. it will be more accurate compared with urine test. If it gives negative result, the possibility of pregnancy is very less and you can take symptomatic treatment with your doctor's advice.
