hi daughter 11 loosing weight has gassy belly and rumbling belly sounds also loosing weight says never hungry went to doctor and they said her sugar is fine . believe that there something else she gets sick eating red meat under weight and gets tired easily. and says shes not hungry

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to infection and it could be protozoa infection it is better to try Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days along with this Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
