What Could White Discharge From Eyes Suggest?

Hello I've been noticing lately that i have this little white thing thats comes and goes on my right eye. I specially notice it when i lack sleep. I went to go an eye doctor but the things obviously disappears so by the time i was there it was gone but she still checked my eyes and said there's nothing wrong. Can you please tell me what i should do? thank you YYYY@YYYY

it can be sty in eye. only treatment for it is appellation. nothing like it ,it should disappear by the time you report to doctor. so it is likely to be sty.
