What Could White Pimple On Penis Oozing White And Yellow Pus Be?

i had this white pimple thing on the side of my penis so i squeezed it thinking its a pimple. a tiny bit of puss came out but that was it. a few weeks later and now the "pimple" is bigger, more enflamed, and today I was able to pop it and get a bunch of white/yellow puss out of it. i havnt had sex in three years so i seriously doubt its a STD. any help as to whether this is just a pimple or what would be great, thanks.

Thanks for query .Based on the facts taht you have posted I would state that you have Staphylococcal Infection of the hair follicle over shaft of the penis (Boil) .

Send the pus drained out from the boil and send it for culture so that you can take appropriate antibiotic to control infection .

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .

Ensure to wash your genitals with anti microbial solution like Betadine twice daily.

This should get cured within a week ,
