What Could Work Out Mediated Pressure Build Up In Head Be Along With Dizziness And Nausea?
Did light weight but very high rep squats yesterday and really pushed myself hard. I started to get a slight headache towards the end of the workout and felt pressure build up in my head. The weird part was about 10 minutes later, after doing some less intense lunges I stopped working out because I didn't feel well. I started to get dizzy and slightly nauseated. I thought I was going to pass out. After a few minutes of controlled breathing I was fine. Still feel a little pressure in my head today but no pain. Just a bit scary but I also know I've never pushed through a workout like that before and REALLY exerted myself. Could I have done any damage due to high blood pressure from the squatting? Why did I feel it 10 minutes later like I was going to faint for a few minutes
Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that your head ache may be of tension type.due to the anxiety and tension. But before confirming the type, the cerebral features should be excluded. So I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a C.T.scan for diagnosis. Avoid taking spices, junk foods and oily foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
