What Could Worms During Urination Suggest?

My boyfriend saw a small black worm as he urinated yesterday. He retrieved the worm to confirm it was in fact a parasite. It was, confirmed. The worm was still alive and moving. What could it be. Everything we have found online mentions a white, pink or clear colored worm?

Thanks for query.
The brown colored worm in the urine is mostly Schistosomiasis and parasitic infestation by parasite (S. Haematobium).

Please get his urine examination done to confirm the diagnosis.

Take Tab Praziquantel as single dose will eliminate worms from the body .

Get your urine test done after 6 weeks .If eggs of the parasite are detected in urine You will need to take second dose of Praziquantel .
