What Could X-ray Result Of Right Upper Lobe Activity Undermined Indicate?

hi since 2009 my xray result right upper lobe, activity undetermined. i was not able to have ptb never diagnose . but everytime i had my xray yearly the result still the same. what shall i do? i am negative of sputum test. but im bother about the result of my xray yearly.

In my opinion you should not worry much. As your lesion in the right side of your chest is remaining static throughout the yearly followup. Any lung insult in the form of pneumonia, TB or blunt chest trauma leaves healing in the lung tissue. And healing in the form of fibrosis and calcification remains as such throughout the life. So no need to worry. Another rare possibility is of agenesis of upper lobe on right side. It is congenital defect in which right upper lobe fails to develop fully. Better to go for CT thorax. It will give you more idea than chest x ray.
