General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Foul smelling yellowish discharge along with pain and itching is concerning for possible vaginal infections. Vaginal examination, vaginal swab and culture are required at this point to confirm the diagnosis.

So, please be advised to follow up with your ObGyn for necessary evaluation and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
