What Could Yellow, Foul Smelling, Watery Discharge After Periods Indicate?

Hi....my name is kay,I have a discharge problem..everytime after my period I have this yellow like puss discharge coming out n smells so bad I live on panty liners,n then few days later it will clear up and cum back again and clear up..oh n its watery like...is there something wroNg with me? And iv been trying to fall pregnant 4 years and nothing is happening...plz help

Hi,

You are likely to be suffering from vaginal infection. Untreated infections could spread to the pelvis and cause pelvic inflammatory disease which can also cause infertility. You will be required to start antibiotic or anti-amoebic or anti-fungal drugs based on your diagnosis. Topical creams can also be used for treatment. Any history of urinary tract infections should be ruled out. Abdominal ultrasound should also be taken to rule out any uterine abnormalities.
