What Course Of Treatment Should Be Done For Lymph Node Tuberculosis And Lower Abdominal Infection?
My wife is diagnosed with Lymph node tuberclousis.She is on medication from 3 months and is asked to take Rcinex,Pyzina,combutol and Pan d.Just wanted to knw if TB is drug resistance than what further action can be taken? She has Infection in lower abdomen as well.Can we remove that lymph

* A tissue biopsy is always favorable for the better management of the tuberculosis cases as per the surgical evaluation and decisions of the treating physician.
* Associated abdomen infection has to be ruled out of tuberculosis origin first and later management with antibiotics and supportive treatment can be figured out.
