What Course Of Treatment Should Be Done For Stomach Ulcers And Gastritis?
Hi I was wondering I ve been diagnosed with gastric erosion / serious gastritis and have ulcers in my stomach and I m at week 4 of my esomeprazole tablets and have another 4 weeks left ANd I still feel no better what should I do? What is the next step if this doesn t work thankyou

Hello,
You have to check for risk factors that aggravating it. Alcohol intake or pain killer medication or stress or smoking may aggravate the problem.
Avoid above risk factors. check for Helicobacter pylori infection, check for malignant ulcers by endoscopy.
Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
