hello doc,im 22 yrs old..my problem is from some month before my periods im getting much acne on my face .after period over automatically they r becoming less.due to pimples there are many black spots on face.pls recommend me some cream or a natural treatment..

Thanks for query,
Pimple before periods are common due to hormonal imbalance.
Apply Retino cream.
Do regular 3-4 times face wash.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Take plenty od water,
Avoid stress.
