What Cream Should I Used To Get Rid Of Dark Spots On My Face?

Hi i am kiran, 4 months back i met with an bike accident and my face got totally damaged, after healing the wound i used starting medemra cream for 3 months but til now the spots on my face are darkly visible, so please can u suggest me what cream should i use to clear the dark spots on my face.....

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

You seem to be having post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

I would suggest that you use a broad spectrum sunscreen, that which offers both UV A as well as UV B protection throughout the day.

At night you could use a skin lightening/demelanising cream containing one or more of the following ingredients e,g kojic acid, hydroquinone, glycolic acid etc.

You could also opt for a few sessions of glycolic peeling from your dermatologist to gradually fade away the pigmentation.

I would once again like to emphasize on the importance of using a sunscreen along with the demelanising therapy.
