What Cures Sciatic Nerve Pain, Pain From Lower Back To Buttock And Leg Caused After Lifting Heavy Objects?
I was wondering about sciatic nerve pain. My problem is that I am a windmill technician and my pain came about from lifting heavy objects. It has been about 4 weeks that i have this pain from my lower back extending down into the buttock and leg. The pain in the lower back is not always present but does come regularly. The buttock and leg pain is pretty intense and worse late at night and early in the morning after relaxing. Should I consult a chiropractor or a physiotherapist.....what would be my best option. Thanks
cause of your pain is spine. There is nerve compression between your lower vertebra. MRI spine will be required to find out level of compression. In the meantime avoid lifting heavy object and bending forward. Use othro mattress for sleeping and lumbar support belt when sitting or moving. A shot of dexamethasone with oral pregabalin and vit B12 will help reducing pain to some extent. Final approach to treatment will depend upon MRI report. Consult a orthopedic surgeon first.
