What Diet And Exercises Are Recommended For Stomach Pain?
good morning doctor. i am having stomach pain sometimes at midnight. just below the chest. consulted doctor last week and my sgpt level was 170 u/l and the doctor prescribed me some medicines to take and diet and exercises. but now also am having little stomac pain. suggest me some easy remedy
Hi. It looks you have Hepatitis. Get your other tests of kidney function, repeat liver function tests, ultrasonography of the abdomen to determine the status of the liver, gall bladder and pancreas and other organs. You need active treatment as the pain could have been due to stretch over the liver capsule. The diet has to be soft and bland, and really dies not need a drastic change unless alkaline phosptase is increased. Bed rest is a must. Consult a Gastroenterologist for further care.
