What Diet Is Recommended For 9 Month Baby Having Cold And Wheezing?

My son is 9 months 15 days old he is suffering from severe cold and wheez for the past three month. I give him rice , dhall, carrot, beans, potato, beet root , green leaf, sooji, channa, biscuits. I gave ghee too most say ghee cause cold. What diet should I follow for him . Please advice. Now he doesn't eats anything . What food can be given and what should I avoid.
