hello doctor, namaste. sir i m suffering from typhoid from last 1 month..sir after 15 days with proper antibiotic and with strict diet my typhoid fever is increased according to typhoid report..sir what should i do...and also i have a huge crush with doing jim exercise ..so should i go or not...and what should i eat to recover faster....plzz doctor give suggestions...what should i do....plzzz
Avoid spicy food and stored food. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. wash your hands regularly after using the washroom and before breakfast.
Eat freshly prepared soft diet. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hello, You have to take soft diet with good amount of calories. Take probiotics with antibiotics. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks which may reduce immunity. Avoid drinking raw milk. Wash your hands before eating food and after using wash room. It is mainly transmitted through feco oral route. Eat only freshly prepared, well cooked food. Also check your maid or cook don t have typhoid fever. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query.
