What Diet Should I Maintain As I Am Going To Gym ?
I am 16, and I go to the gym regularly. Now, I cant eat fatty stuff it would affect my progress in the gym. I want to grow taller so I need I calcium and protein stuff. Can anyone suggest me a balanced diet , by which I can stay fit, and grow as well.
