Eat plenty of fruits rich in carbohydrate like banana, grapes, oranges. Add more oil to your diet but it should be rich in PUFA and no transfats. Avoid ghee. Eat more rice and pulses.

Hi, To gain weight you should have high calory diet along with high class proteins &vitamins , in form of milk &milk products,mixed pulses , specially soyabin ,along with sweet fruits,vegetables & cereals.moderate Exercises would increase your appetite ,digestion & muscular devolopment too which is essential for weight gain as will as proportionate body. Avoid over exertion & tension.
