Sir I am 40years old,It has been three month since my hemmorhoid surgery. Make sure that you should not strain while passing stools. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet as the fiber content in it will help for softening the stools.
Avoid red meat and oily foods. If there is signs of infection, local antibiotics can be applied after consulting your surgeon.
