What Diet Should Be Followed For Late Night Studies?

ı have breakfast everyday on 8 o clock with whole grain and fruit

after 4 hour later ı have lunch with sandwich or vegetable meal on 5 oclock 1 am starving and ı have dinner at 7 o clock unfortunately fatty food and after snack ı sleep late times of night ı study very hard what doyou recommend your suggestion is very important for me thank you very much:))

Congratulations on your diet. It looks a quite healthy diet.
Though, there is no need to deny yourself a late-night snack if you're feeling hungry, if this is not a diet to lose weight for you, but more one to keep you healthy.
If I was your caring doctor, I would recommend also:
-- If you eat less then needed during lunch, your body will substitute the need for food during dinner, and will be difficult to control yourself then. So adding vegetables or a fruit, which has the filling effect, might help with the hunger before dinner.
-- Also it is evidence that eating late gets to a bigger possibility to gaining weight, but eating something at 8-9 pm is perfectly fine, since you stay late. Though, you still have to think smart when it comes to eating late. A small amount of food, or not foods with not much calories, will help to fight the hunger. Fruits, vegetables, and lots of water will be better then fat, sugar food.
