What Diet Should Be Followed When Suffering From Myasthenia Gravis?

I have symptoms of myasthenia gravis, and I also have fibromyalgia. What things, food, etc. do I need to avoid and those things I need to do. I have an appointment with my own doctor set for Sept. My eye doctor told me that my drooping eye is one of the symptoms and I need to get blood work done. I am now 63. Lynda

You may eat more of fruits like oranges,apple banana which are rich in pottasium. avoid cheese and high protein foods like meat.etc.reduce dietary proteins to less than 20%.
