What Diet Should Be Given To A Kid Suffering From Congenital Hypothyroidism?

My girl baby has been diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism when new born screening has been done. From day 1 she is on medication. Now she is 1year 3 months old. She is active and normal. My query is about her diet. She eats whatever I give.. but she wants to eat more. She in normal weight(10 kg).what are the food should I avoid.. and what healthy food been given? Kindly advise.

Hi,

There is no healthy diet for thyroid gland disease, although you must be aware of the food you are giving to your child at this age so as not to gain weight.
