Hi! I am from the philippines.Im 29 years old. I would like to inquire about Ramicaddrug used for the treatment of my Dad s Chrohn s disease. given IV evry 6 weeks. i am hoping that someday somehow there will be ramicade medicine as Oral ...Doc please give the important tips on how to take care of my dad regarding his diet intake, and what to expect for his health condition. thank you so much looking forward for your anwers .. that would be very beneficial to me. thank

remicade, Infliximab is used for maintaining remission in ulcerative colitis.its a protein not possible to give it orally.how are his symptoms now.its a good drug for maintaining remission(making disease quiescent)as such there is no dietary restriction can avoid milk and its products if it is causing diarrhea
