What Diet Should One Adopt To Keep BP High Enough So That There Is Adequate Blood Supply To Both Parts Of The Brain?

my father's left carotid artery is blocked and with a bypass, right carotid supplies blood to both sides of the brain. as such his bp needs to be kept at slightly higher level to ensure adequate blood supply to both parts of the brain. he is a pure vegetarian. what foods should he take and avoid and what other lifestyle should he adopt so that his bp does not go low ?

Diet is unlikely to have much influence on the blood supply.He can try optimal salt intake and keeping himself well hydrate.Stress management and regular moderate exercise can help him keep his BP at better level.For detailed answer please try premium category.
