What Disorder Stops Organs From Growing Prematurely?
When I was around 8, I started getting UTIs every 2 to 3 months, my doctor thought then it was because my bladder stopped growing prematurely. I need to try and explain this to my new doctor, but I forgot what it's called when organs stop growing prematurely. Can you tell me?

What Disorder Stops Organs From Growing Prematurely?
Hello, Premature infants have organs that are smaller than those of full-term newborns. However, premature infants organs get larger as they feed and grow in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. In an otherwise healthy child, I am unaware that any of their organs(including bladder) stop growing prematurely. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take Care Regards, Dr Arnold Zedd, Pediatrician
