What Do I Do About Lower Back Pain When Diagnosed With Moderate Arthritis, Bone Spurs, And Disc Compression?
I have lower back pain and have been diagnosed with moderate arthritis, bone spurs, and disc compression. I m now having numbness down my legs, more left than right over the past few months and have notice pain in my left foot on the outside that radiates up towards my calf. It hurts to walk. Is this all related to my lower back issues?
Your symptoms are suggestive of sciatica, which is irradiating nerve pain, due to a disc herniation in the lumbar vertebral column. Coming to this point, I would recommend physiotherapy and starting Pregabalin for chronic pain management.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
