What Do I Do About Post-hysteroscopy Bleeding With Unusual Matter Resembling Minced Meat Stains?

Hi, 3 weeks ago I have a hysteroscopy as I had a polyp removed. I have a 2 year old and a 7 month old also. I had no bleeding but now I do and I can t tell if it a period or not as its hardly anything but today I ve had a small bit of some kid of matter that I cam only describe as looking like blood stains minced meat pass away and I m concerned. Does anyone know what this is and why?

Hello,

You are suffering from post-hysteroscopy bleeding. Such symptoms occur due to the complications from fluid or gas used to expand the uterus before hysteroscopy. Get clinically examined by your treating doctor who removed the polyp to evaluate any injury that is causing bleeding. Bleeding occurs due to damage or injury to the cervix, undetected polyps, or infection.
