Does anyone know what this is and why?
You are suffering from post-hysteroscopy bleeding. Such symptoms occur due to the complications from fluid or gas used to expand the uterus before hysteroscopy. Get clinically examined by your treating doctor who removed the polyp to evaluate any injury that is causing bleeding. Bleeding occurs due to damage or injury to the cervix, undetected polyps, or infection.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
