You are advised to encourage yourself to mix up with other people as you are now in high school. You can just visit book shops, talk to the shop keeper and people around. Go to a coffee shop, make new friends. Don' take it to heart if they ignore. Just keep trying, it will help boost your confidence.
Do not be too conscious of yourself. Make sure you are well dressed and have a good hairstyle. Be friendly with anyone you meet. Follow a healthy routine. Stay away from
smoking, recreational drugs, alcohol or addictions if any. Brisk walking in the morning and evening is helpful. Do not get stressed up, avoid getting tired to prevent
anxiety.
Get connected to a Physical therapist,
talk therapy, group therapy and cognitive
behavioral therapy will be very helpful. Be gentle with yourself, do not be forceful if you are not comfortable with a situation or person. Avoid people who discourage you, demean you, or make you feel uneasy. Take food that is nutritious, and homemade, do not take processed or packaged food. Avoid taking junk food.
You may not be bothered about
autism. Just make sure you are being treated with kindness, do not let anyone discourage you, make sure you complete a task that you take. Focus on the task, do not let anything or anyone distract you. Do not overload yourself with a lot of tasks. Finish one task with precision before you take another task. Take quality sleep.
