Hello, It is treated with avoidance of triggers,prophylactic and abortive therapy,supportive care during acute episodes,family support. The drugs like cyproheptadine, amitriptyline, topiramate, zonisamide, levetiracetam, propranolol, phenobarbital, erythromycin, ondansetron, promethazine, and prochlorperazine are useful to control it.
