What Do Blood And Small Clots In Urine While On Norco And Nucynta Indicate?
My husband had blood in urine. Also some small clots as well. Dr gave antibiotic as he checked and said looked like infection of some kind ,and have been off it for 4 days and now bleeding again with clots. He was on Norco for several months and dr changed it to Nucynta about month ago. Didn t start bleeding until after the Nucynta. He is also on blood thinner. Several types heart pills and two diabetic. Could something more serious?

Nucynta does not looks to causes bleeding however anyone who has sven on blood thinner and start bleeding, the immediate step would be to stop such drugs and consult your doctor immediately. Yes, UTI is a common causes of blood in urine but it should have settled by now. So he needs proper evaluation, and test for blood thinning as some time blood can be very thin with these drugs that causes bleeding.
