What Do Brown And Pink Vaginal Spotting Along With Nausea Indicate?
I started my menstrual cycle on May 21st and it lasted until May 26th. Starting on the 27th, I had severe cramping which is still continuing. I have been nauseous and I have brown specks or pink spots when I wipe. It hasn t stopped and my partner and I do have unprotected sex. What could this possibly be?

Need to rule out any infection inside your vagina cervix and uterus along with a pregnancy test. It could be an incomplete abortion. You definitely need a gynecologist check up.
