What Do Burning Red Bumps Around Torso With Sore Nipples Indicate?

Hello, I am a 42 yr. old man who is experiencing sore and hot nipples. Also, after a few days of this, I developed some painful and burning me around my sides on my torso. it is red w/inflammation and little bumps. It goes and it comes, the pain that is. right now I am flared up burning and hurting good

Hi.
As per your case history you are having multiple furuncles.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
