Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

From your history and description, I would consider the possibility of angular cheilitis with subsequent post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Angular cheilitis could occur due to vitamin B group deficiency, candidiasis or due to constant licking of the sides of the lips ( habitual).

Take a multivitamin capsule with B complex vitamin daily for 2 weeks. Avoid excessive licking of lips. Use a lip balm frequently. Once the cracks heal completely, you could use a cream containing Kojic acid 2 % twice a day to lighten the skin.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
