What Do Dark Brown Rashes On Lower Legs Indicate?

I am a 49 yr. old male. I stand all day on concrete floors at work. I have dark brown blotches all around on the lower part of both legs. Pressing on it does not change the color. There is no pain either The brown area is like a bunch of freckles all ran together

Hi

You seem to be developing schambergs disease.
Now this is basically a vascular skin disease in which there is oozing of blood out of the capillaries which is seen as reddish brown stains over the lower legs .
It is essentially a harmless skin condition and does not require much treatment .
Only if there is itching ,topical steroid application can help .
