What Do Echogenic Focus In The Below Ultrasound Test Report Suggest?
Good day, I am a 36 years woman. Have been having severe shooting pain in the groin and been asked to take a U/S scan. The report says there is a 7x6x4 mm echogenie focus on left mid pole. Please could you clarify what this means and what should I do?

There is a small lesion in one of your kidney, I could be a stone or cyst. You can go for NCCT-KUB (non-contrast CT) for better clinical picture. As of now you can take antispasmodic drugs like cyclopam for pain. Wishing you good health.
