Hi,

Fibrohazed Densities in Both Upper Lobes: Fibrohazed densities refer to areas on the X-ray that appear denser than normal lung tissue and have a hazy appearance. This can indicate the presence of fibrosis or scarring in the lungs.

Upper Lobes: The upper portions of both lungs are affected.

Probable Koch's: This suggests a possible diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB). "Koch's" is a term historically used for TB, named after Robert Koch, who discovered the TB bacteria. Your grandparent's X-ray indicates possible tuberculosis in both upper lobes of the lungs, an enlarged heart, and a twisted aorta with signs of atherosclerosis.

Further medical evaluation and testing are necessary to confirm these findings and to plan appropriate treatment. It's important to follow up with healthcare providers for a comprehensive assessment and management plan.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
