Hi, I had a lletz procedure carried out around 2 years ago, everything went well and as planned. Since then, I have been experiencing a "gush" of bright blood during sex, midcycle, it is not continuous, but I spot for a few days after. It is not painful, but is very disturbing.
You should undergo one pelvic examination to your gynecologist to rule out underlying pathology if any. One ultrasound scan, colposcopic examination and biopsy may be required.
